Before submitting your film, PLEASE carefully read all of the requirements for this festival. Good luck!!
AGE

The film’s director(s) must have been between 12-24 years of age at the time of production.
RESIDENCE

Must legally be an Indiana resident.
TIMELINE

Submitted films completed no earlier than January 2024.
MUSIC
-
All music and other copyrighted material used in the film must be properly licensed and attributed. Student music videos included.
LANGUAGE
-
All films must be in English or subtitled in English.
LENGTH
-
All submitted films must be 40 minutes and under. No exceptions.
