If you or your company would like to set up a vendor table at IYFF, please email us in order to reserve your spot. Each table costs $25 to reserve! If you would like to provide a food truck, alcoholic beverages, or your company's sellable items, please mention this in the email so we can go through the approval processes.

We are looking for companies and organizations around the state of Indiana to partner with us!

This partnership is not financial but requests from our partners include; sharing marketing materials on all social media platforms,  providing IYFF with materials/resources, merchandise, and/or to allow a flier to be in your space.

Based on our beautiful turn out in 2024, IYFF anticipates our city’s support including our local youth, families, and artists. This is a great opportunity to promote your local business, whether big or small! Sign up for a spot in our print and digital program with your company's logo/photo as  well as a brief business description. Each ad spot is $30.

COLLABORATIONS

Collaborations of all kinds are welcomed! Do you DJ, paint, teach dance or yoga, a music artist? We are looking for artists and collaborators of all kinds to help make this event a huge success! If you are interested in participating in our event, please email us!
